The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Telangana, recently organized the 3rd edition of MSME SUMMIT, a one day conference on Empowering MSMEs and Bringing the Growth Back on the virtual platform. The Summit essentially focused on bringing back MSME’s on track as the COVID-19 pandemic has hit them hard. The half day conference was divided into 3 sessions. The first session spoke about empowering MSME’s and building competitiveness while the others deliberated upon the current MSME policies of the government and regulatory support available.
ASA was invited to speak on regulatory framework affecting MSME’s. Subroto Bose, Executive Partner, ASA spoke at the session and covered the major areas where government has come up with changes/relaxations in the statute / policy which would help MSME’s. Around 100 MSME enterprises took part of the summit through their CFO’s , MD or CEO’s.
