West Delhi Study Circle of ICAI invited us to give a presentation on ‘Critical Issues in Consolidation of Financial Statements and Practical Notes to Accounts with reference to Accounting Standards’. Emphasising the need for this, Parveen Kumar Partner and National Head, Assurance deliberated on the critical issues in consolidating financial statements and addressed the issues and concerns of the participants.
